Lc. Big Time '#2' is a terrific miniature Cattleya hybrid perfect
for a bright window sill, under lights or in a greenhouse. If
grown indoors, we recommend a few hours of direct sunlight in
the early morning or late afternoon, being careful that the heat
of the direct afternoon sun doesn't burn the leaves. Like all
Cattleyas, this little gem likes to go dry between watering and
we recommend repotting every year, keeping the mix fresh
and clean to avoid root rot.
The plants pictured here are the actual plants for sale. Each
have been recently repotted and have new growth with new
roots emerging.
Flower are a pastel yellow with a light lavender flush on the
petals that becomes more apparent when grown in brighter
light. The egg yolk-yellow lip really makes this flower pop.
Each new growth can have 4-5 flowers each!!
